One-on-One Coaching

$60 Per Hour

  • One-on-one coaching from the comfort of your home, a rented gym or my home gym.

  • Faster progress on form and technique.

  • Conditioning training in the form of kickboxing.

* Prices shown reflect South Shore MTL, 10KM Radius, extra distance subject to extra charges.

* For rented gym price is added on top of the hourly.
